How to Order Hogue Products
Please check with your local dealers to see if they carry Hogue products.
Hogue products are
available at many fine shops and as more shooters ask for them they will become available at
many more. If Hogue products are not available at your local dealer, you may place your order
online at
, by mail or by calling our toll-free number. You can also use this
number to locate the closest Hogue dealer. Please visit our website. It is a great reference tool
that allows you to see a photo of your model gun equipped with Hogue products. The site contains
thousands of photographs and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Call, fax or mail to place an order or request information. Our normal business hours are Mon-
Fri 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST. When the voice recording answers push 2 and you will be connected
directly with our staff. For after-hours service, please follow the phone instructions and use our
voice mail. When you place an order please be sure to include complete information on what you
want and where to send it. Be sure to have your 5-digit order code ready prior to ordering.

Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Hogue, Inc. will do everything within reason
to ensure a happy customer. If you ever have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us.
If our staff is not able to take care of you to your satisfaction please ask to speak to Aaron or
Patrick Hogue. Hogue, Inc. values your business and welcomes any input on how we can serve
you better. Write us. It’s rewarding to read the good, and helpful to read the bad (not that we ever
get any bad!).
Hogue, Inc., as a general policy, will (among other things):
• Refund your money.
If you are not satisfied with a Hogue product purchased from us,
for any reason, return it to us within 30 days.
For pre-approved returns please call our customer service department for assistance.
• Promptly replace any non-serviceable Hogue product or one mistakenly ordered
incorrectly.
• Promptly replace any Hogue product that may be damaged inadvertently within
30 days of your purchase.
• Replace any missing hardware free of charge even if you lose it.
• Provide technical advice and assistance as needed.
All Hogue products are supplied with appropriate hardware and complete installation instructions
when necessary. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or problems.
Delivery
Rubber Molded Grips and Stocks:
The majority of our molded grips and our black, most popular
color and camouflage stocks are normally available and ready to ship within 2 business days.
Others are made to order and are shipped within 45 business days.
Wood and Extreme
Series Grips:
The most popular wood and Extreme Series grip styles are
normally available and ready to ship within 2 business days. Others are made to order and are
shipped within 45 business days. However, some wood grips are available according to the supply
of wood, and depending on availability, delivery of these grips may take up to several months.
We strive to provide the exact wood grip you want in a reasonable amount of time. If you are in
a hurry we may be able to substitute a similar style, wood or option and ship immediately from
stock. Please mark “OK to substitute wood or options” on your order or call in your order to find
out what is currently in stock.
Shipping and Handling
Generally, we ship US Priority Mail unless the customer requests FedEx. FedEx is reliable,
automatically insured and they have an excellent tracking service. You must provide a street
address for FedEx shipments, as they will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
