"Fake Rabbit" recipe for Easter

Minced meat

500g-1kg

Buns (softened)

1-2

Onions

1-2

Eggs

2-3 hard boiled

Spices

Salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, depending on preference

Mustard

1-1,5 TS

Parsley

 

Maggi seasoning sauce or similar.

 

Paprika and/or

1-2, red

Carrots and/or

2-4 cut into slices

Agaricus

Combine the minced meat with the buns and the sliced onions and season with spices. Add, according to need and taste, mustard and seasoning sauce. Cut the mushrooms / peppers / carrots into small pieces and mix them with the meat. Add fine herbs while kneading. Fill half of it into a loaf pan. Place the boiled eggs in the middle and cover with the remaining minced meat.

Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rail at 200 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes. Collect the gravy and fill it into a small pot with some water, season and make a sauce (thicken as required).

Potatoes, noodles or spaetzli (type of south German pasta dish) are an excellent accompaniment.
